We're excited about your order and can't wait to send your Natch delivery out as soon as possible. Your delivery will be shipped carbon neutral via DHL (GoGreen) in an all-around recyclable package that is practical in size to ensure that your order arrives safely in a sustainable manner.

The shipping costs are calculated on your shopping cart weight and the calculation takes place after deducting any discounts.

We deliver Monday through Friday excluding bank holidays. All orders are shipped as Standard Shipping (GoGreen) with DHL.

Within Germany: 3-5 business days
Within Europe:    5-7 business days
Outside Europe: 7-14 business days
