Terms of service

1. Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by business customers via our B2B platform.

A business customer is defined as a natural or legal person or a legally recognized partnership who, when entering into a legal transaction, is acting in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity. Orders placed by consumers within the meaning of § 13 BGB are not covered by these B2B terms.

2. Contractor, Contract Conclusion, Corrections

The purchase contract is concluded with Natch Labs GmbH. By submitting our products on the B2B platform, we are making a binding offer to enter into a contract for those items.

You may place products in your shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your order using the tools provided during checkout. The contract is concluded by clicking the order button, thereby accepting the offer for the items in your shopping cart. A confirmation will be sent to you by email directly after submission.

3. Contract Language, Contract Text

The contract language is English or German. We do not store the full contract text for access after the order process.

4. Shipping

Shipping conditions and delivery information can be found on our dedicated shipping policy page or in the checkout area.

5. Payment Methods

We offer the following payment methods in our B2B shop:

  • Credit Card (via Stripe)
  • PayPal
  • Invoice
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay

6. Right of Withdrawal

Please note: There is no statutory right of withdrawal for B2B transactions. All orders placed via our B2B platform are binding and final. Returns are only possible in the case of damaged goods or delivery errors, which must be reported immediately.

7. Warranties and Liability

The statutory warranty regulations for business customers apply. Any additional warranties are only valid if expressly stated for a specific product.

We are liable without limitation for damages:

  • resulting from injury to life, body or health
  • due to intentional or grossly negligent conduct
  • under mandatory product liability laws
  • or in case of explicitly granted guarantees

For simple negligence in breach of material contractual obligations (so-called cardinal duties), our liability is limited to foreseeable damages typical for this type of contract. All other claims for damages are excluded.

8. Restrictions on Resale

Resale of our products on external online marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay or similar platforms is strictly prohibited. This applies regardless of whether the sale is conducted via your own store presence on such platforms or via third-party sellers.

Violations may result in immediate suspension of your B2B account and legal action.

9. Dispute Resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution procedures before a consumer arbitration board.

10. Final Provisions

For all legal relationships arising from or in connection with these terms, German law shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). For merchants, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Natch Labs GmbH in Berlin, Germany.
